Your Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Meet with potential applicants and buyers to understand their unique lending or refinance needs.
Streamlined Process: Collaborate with real estate agents, closing agents, and financial institution underwriters to ensure a smooth mortgage process.
Building Relationships: Maintain strong referral relationships with real estate agents and lending sources, staying up-to-date with industry trends and lending rate sheets.
Financial Education: Educate clients on various loan products, funding sources, and the buying or refinance process.
Assessment: Determine creditworthiness by assessing credit history, assets and liabilities, income, and employment verification.
What You Bring
Licensure: Current NMLS licensure or National Association of Mortgage Broker license or certification.
Tech Savvy: Advanced computer skills including MS Office and loan origination software.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the loan process from origination to close and various loan products.
Independent Drive: Resourceful mindset with excellent communication, analysis, and time-management skills.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of mortgage loan origination or loan officer experience.
