Position Overview
You will be an essential part of our dynamic team, ensuring seamless operations and first-rate service delivery. This position is crucial in providing optimal coverage across various departments, including the Call Center, Business Office, Medical Records, and Reception. Your role will be diverse and rewarding, making a significant impact on our clients, patients, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Client Care Facilitation: Exceed client expectations by offering prompt, compassionate, and courteous responses. Assist clients with appointment scheduling, providing accurate information, and assessing their needs. Ensure clients are well-informed throughout their visit, making their experience at our hospital a positive one.
Communication and Documentation: Employ various communication systems to manage incoming calls and messages efficiently. Maintain accurate records, update hospital information, and handle medical records requests. Quote service prices and handle financial transactions with precision.
Facilitate rDVM Service: Be the liaison between clinicians, clients, and referring veterinarians. Assist with concerns, complaints, and customer service calls. Promote positive relations and maintain excellent public relations.
Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations across different departments. Adapt to clinician preferences and work with service areas to maintain schedule integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
Two years of general clerical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Highly sought applicants will have many of the following:
Call Center, Business Office, Medical Records, and/or Reception experience.
Demonstrated experience with online scheduling systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Independent decision-making abilities.
Flexibility – willing and able to work in several departments and adapt to their needs.
