Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team. Located in the heart of Downtown Colorado, we represent a reputable manufacturing company, known for its commitment to excellence. This is a 6-month contract position that offers competitive compensation ($25 to $27 per hour, depending on experience) and the opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment. After initial training, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely one day per week.

As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our team, communicating human resource services, initiatives, and programs. Your responsibilities will encompass various HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, and the pursuit of HR functional excellence. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you handle data entry with precision.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive support for general HR administrative tasks.
Manage Leave of Absence administration.
Handle invoicing responsibilities efficiently.
Process new hire onboarding and employee changes.
Administer benefits for new hires and existing employees.
Maintain the Corporate HR Inbox and provide Tier 1 support for general HR queries.
Accurate data entry to ensure data integrity.
Collaborate closely with Finance to oversee the HR Invoice process.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues effectively.
Offer clerical/administrative support across various HR areas, including personnel records, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, 401k, and equal opportunity/affirmative action.
Maintain electronic employee files.
Identify process improvement opportunities in collaboration with functional HR teams.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Excel is essential.
1-3 years of HR or general administration experience.
Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent.
Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, especially in building relationships with employees, business leaders, and HR partners.
