Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate individual to join us as a Weekly Payroll and Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our employee management and marketing efforts, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for both our team and customers.
What You'll Do
Empower Our Team: Keeping track of our incredible employees' hours through When I Work, you'll ensure that everyone is valued for their hard work and dedication.
Unleash Your Marketing Magic: As our Marketing Guru, you'll orchestrate captivating social media posts and boosts, reaching out to the local real estate, title companies, property management firms, and more. Plus, you'll be the maestro of customer reviews, engaging them with follow-up calls and celebrating those awesome 5-star testimonials.
Connect and Network: We believe in the power of networking, and you'll be at the forefront of building relationships within the industry. Keep an eye out for exciting opportunities through social media and trade shows, and shine as our representative when attending these events.
Supercharge Our Crew: Your excellent planning skills will come into play as you schedule painting jobs for our crew using Gantt and When I Work. You'll also ensure that everything is ready to go by confirming painting jobs with customers, assisting them with color selections, and coordinating paint deliveries.
Embrace Growth and Development: You'll be involved in managing job postings and conducting initial phone interviews with potential candidates. Additionally, you'll arrange training sessions with Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore to keep our team sharp and ready to tackle any challenge.
Champion the Onboarding Process: As the heart of our remote team, you'll warmly welcome new painters and guide them through the onboarding process, ensuring they are all set up on ADP, our payroll system, and When I Work.
Be a Networking Star: Join a local networking group, where you'll have the opportunity to exchange ideas, make new connections, and showcase your expertise.
