Part Time Assistant Professor - Remote | Wfh

We're searching for a dynamic educator who can engage students, provide top-notch feedback, and guide them toward achieving their full potential in the core discipline.
You'll play a crucial role in shaping the academic journey of our students. You'll be assigned to teach courses within the programmatic core discipline, act as a Dissertation Chair and/or Committee Member for doctoral candidates, and deliver impactful doctoral courses. Collaborating closely with fellow faculty members, the Associate Dean, and Dean, you'll contribute to an environment of innovation and academic excellence.
What You'll Be Doing
Welcome students with a personalized message one week prior to the start of the course and provide them with a video introduction to create an engaging learning environment.
Foster open communication and be highly responsive to students, ensuring you answer all emails within two calendar days, even on weekends.
Use our advanced learning management system and designated platforms to keep students informed and actively participating in the course.
Host at least two one-hour synchronous office hour sessions per week, offering students the support they need to thrive.
Provide quality feedback that reflects your expertise, imparts knowledge, and encourages student growth.
If involved in doctoral committees, adhere to timelines and guidelines while being available for synchronous meetings when necessary.
What We're Looking For
A Doctorate degree in Marketing or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in Marketing, complemented by at least 3 years of direct teaching experience at the Master's and/or Doctoral level. Online teaching experience and curriculum development skills are highly desirable.
Proficiency in the use of technology to enhance the delivery of education, reflecting your adaptability to a technology-driven learning environment.
A track record of scholarship, contributing to the body of knowledge in your discipline.
