The Role
Are you an ambitious and empathetic go-getter? If so, we want you to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. Reporting directly to our company leadership, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our reach.
Your Responsibilities

• Campaign Management:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that connect more families with our life-changing services. This includes creating and optimizing campaigns across various channels like search engines, social media, email & SMS marketing, display advertising, and content marketing.

• Paid Advertising:

Lead and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Youtube Ads. Craft compelling ad copy, conduct A/B testing, monitor performance, and make data-driven optimizations to maximize return on investment (ROI).

• Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize cutting-edge analytics tools to track campaign performance, measure key metrics, and generate insightful reports. Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to continuously enhance our marketing efforts through A/B testing.

The Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
