Job Description

Position Summary
As an Academy Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in client retention and renewal within our Child Care Success Academy. Your responsibilities include client onboarding, training, and ensuring clients fully utilize our program benefits. You will also actively contribute to achieving high client retention and renewal rates, fostering client relationships, and ensuring clients feel part of our community.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management: Collaborate with the Director of Coaching and Academy Success Manager to administer and document new clients' interactions with our coaches.
Client Onboarding: Ensure all new clients progress through the 6-week onboarding process, monitoring their progress in our systems.
Client Training: Work closely with clients to help them understand and implement our program benefits effectively.
Retention & Renewal: Assist in achieving high client retention and renewal rates through proactive communication and satisfaction monitoring.
Data Monitoring: Keep track of program benefits usage and client accomplishments, contributing to improved client satisfaction.
Mastermind Pod and Meeting Attendance: Monitor and encourage client participation in our mastermind pods and meetings.
Facebook Management: Foster engagement within our Facebook community, sharing celebrations, accomplishments, and member encouragement.
Client Relationships: Provide a personal touch at live events and during significant client life events, ensuring they feel part of our community.
Live Event Management & Relationships: Attend quarterly live events and the annual Child Care Success Summit.
Alumni Clients: Keep in touch with alumni clients to ensure their continued success and offer special opportunities to rejoin the Academy.
Canceled Clients: Maintain contact with canceled clients to encourage their return to complete their year commitment.
Qualifications
Additional Responsibilities as Needed.
5+ years of experience in a customer care or concierge-type position.
Preferred: Early Childhood or Childcare Experience.
Warm, confident, empathetic, and a natural relationship-builder.
Proven track record of exceeding goals and delivering exceptional results.
Knowledge of customer care and operations.
Familiarity with project management principles and CRM systems (Hubspot preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Adaptability and openness to change.
