What we're looking for:
In our next phase of growth we are looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to join our team! As a Global Talent Acquisition Director at Wonders, you will be the expert of your domain. You will create and scale the foundational systems, policies and processes required to enable a world class recruiting organization. You'll come in with fresh eyes and have the opportunity to build the Talent Acquisition function that runs like a dream. Don't expect to hear phrases like, "But we've always done it this way..." No, if you have a better way, we want to see it!
What you’ll accomplish:
- You will work closely with finance and leaders across the company to understand recruiting plans across the company.
- You will ensure excellence in all aspects of the recruiting process in how we source candidates, how we engage them and tell our story, how we interview and educate candidates, how team members invest time to become great recruiters and interviewers, how we make offers and onboard candidates, and even how we tell candidates they aren't the right addition.
- You will identify and develop relevant recruitment metrics, utilizing dashboards to track team performance, create recruiting reports, and inform business decisions.
- You will hire, Lead and Develop a team of recruiters across 4 countries.
- You will manage the recruiting tech stack to ensure we always have the tools required to source, engage, and close top talent.
Expected year one deliverables:
- Create Interview Training Course for Department Leaders and above.
- Improve Candidate Speed to hire across all departments.
- Reduce % Hired internally vs. via a headhunter by end of Q3.
- Optimize the agent hiring process at our Dumaguete, Philippines location to solve for quality issues.
About you:
- You have 5+ years experience recruiting for a technology company.
- You have 15+ years experience supporting at least 200+ employees, ideally across multiple locations.
- You have 10+ years of hands-on experience in building and implementing recruiting systems and practices.
- You have 2+ years experience in a remote organization.
Bonus points:
- You have a roll up your sleeves mentality with current or prior experience working in a fast paced, collaborative, highly ambiguous environment frequently wearing more than one hat.
- Experience with Greenhouse and Gem.
- You have Experience leading a global team, especially in China, Malaysia or the Philippines
- You have experience in a consumer driven industry with a passion for the customer.
