Salary Range: Competitive salary ranging from $160,000 to $170,000 per year base, with potential for higher compensation for Senior Director candidates with extensive experience.

What We Are Looking For
Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge and drive success for our Enterprise Retail clients? As a Director, Customer Success, you'll play a pivotal role in partnering with our customers to unlock the full potential of Persado's Generative A.I platform. This is an incredible opportunity to collaborate with clients daily, build strong relationships, track results, drive adoption, and identify opportunities for growth.
What You Will Work On
Lead and inspire a fantastic team of Customer Success Managers and/or Directors, supporting our most innovative Enterprise-level clients.
Develop strong relationships with clients' Marketing Executives and key stakeholders, driving strategic planning meetings and business reviews.
Coach and support your team in executing account plans with a results-oriented approach, achieving quarterly, semi-annual, and annual objectives.
Ensure widespread adoption and utilization of Persado, surpassing our net retention targets.
Attract and nurture top talent by establishing rigorous interview standards, providing feedback, and offering training and mentorship opportunities in collaboration with various internal stakeholders.
Identify areas for continuous improvement and enhance our Customer Success playbooks.
What You Bring
We are looking for a bright, ambitious, and self-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
8-10 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Customer Success, Customer Program Management, or Account Management at a high-growth SaaS company or digital agency working with Enterprise clients.
You're a fast learner and tech-savvy, eager to explore new solutions and technologies.
A strong foundation in the digital marketing ecosystem is preferred, with bonus points for expertise in email marketing, ecommerce, web marketing, display advertising, paid social, and mobile commerce.
Your strategic and consultative mindset allows you to understand and prioritize customer priorities effectively, focusing on delivering exceptional outcomes.
Results-oriented with a data-driven approach, you possess strong financial business value and ROI analysis skills.
Experience leading customer interactions and effectively communicating with cross-functional groups, including Executive meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews.
A collaborative team player with excellent time management skills, able to handle multiple work streams and communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
