Co-Owner And Chief Operation Officer

Overview and Job Summary:

We're searching for a Business/ equity partner /Chief Operating Officer (COO) who has strong leadership skills and the ability to approach business with a creative point of view and an entrepreneurial spirit. The person will lead our team of high-performing professionals to be efficient, productive, and effective. The ideal candidate has extensive experience within Investment management and software development, preferably having worked their way up to an executive role. We believe this trajectory helps a person develop a unique mix of business and management expertise, plus proficiency with the practices, policies, and procedures of our industry.

Responsibilities:

• Have experience working with embedded systems.
• Are excellent communicators with a collaborative mindset.
• Have experience working on and maintaining large or mature software systems.
• Are proficient in Python and/or C & C++.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the company’s progress and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives
• Have a solid understanding of operating systems and network protocols.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability by identifying new business opportunities and optimizing existing operations
• Monitor and analyze industry trends to identify areas for innovation and improvement
• Collaborate with Co-Founders in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and partners
• Manage the company’s budget and resources effectively to maximize efficiency and profitability
• Are able to conceptualize and implement software architectures that are both reliable and scalable.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute projects and initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
• Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passionate and adventurous
• Proven track record of managing high-growth companies and driving revenue growth
• 10+ years of experience in operations management or Real estate investment
• Experience with budget management and financial analysis
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
