Our early-stage FinTech Startup is located in the San Francisco Bay Area and currently operates in stealth mode. The company is focused on developing innovative data analytics solutions in this highly competitive market. As a co-founder COO, you will have the opportunity to shape the company's direction and be part of a dynamic teampassionate about creating something new and exciting.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder / COO. The Co-Founder will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with the role, including but not limited to operations, research, and analytical skills. The role is located in the San Francisco Bay Area, but some work-from-home is acceptable.

• Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention
• Assist the CEO in fundraising and participate in any expansion activities (acquisitions, business partnerships, and investments).
• Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels.
• Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations, and take appropriate action when necessary
• Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal-setting and operations planning.
• Assess and implement new business procedures, systems, technologies, and processes to improve company-wide efficiency and output.
• Possess cross-functional skills to assist in sales & marketing.
• Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met.
• Work with theCFO and finance teams to forecast and manage departmental budgets and company costs.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct research and analyze data.
• MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in the startup industry is a plus.
• Experience in FinTech, Financial Instruments & Investment Strategies is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically.
• Experience working with Financial Advisors.
• Experience managing global teams.
