We are building a 2-sided marketplace.

Side 1. We help professionals connect face to face with more of their prospective clients. We do this by building relationships at the corporate level. Our members become featured speakers at these companies.

Side 2. We help employees perform better at work through our Educational Craft Talks™. Employees work smarter and harder knowing they have a work environment where the corporate culture is focused on providing a place where employee wellbeing and educational opportunities are presented.

Founding Team

An accomplished leader with expertise in Sales, Business Development and Partnerships and a strong instinct for revenue generating opportunities. He has 20+ years of management experience in finance, sales engagement, and revenue management. Current development team is located in the Midwest and the Founder is located in Southern California.

Whom are we looking for as a Co- Founder ?

Co-Founder | UI/UX Product Designer | Marketing Guru

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer with experience designing complex systems and workflows. You will play a crucial role in our product development process, contributing to the design and optimization of our product, with a focus on enhancing user experience and optimizing user flows. The Co-Founder candidate will have a strong interest or aptitude in the technical specifics of the products they are working on, as well as experience in Start -Ups, customer acquisition optimization and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and enhance the user experience (UX) of our product, considering complex decision trees & 3rd party system requirements, while ensuring usability, accessibility, and aesthetic appeal.

2. Collaborate closely with Founder and Development stakeholders, to gather requirements, understand user needs, and translate them into innovative design solutions.

3. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions, iterating designs based on user insights and data-driven analysis (Future).

4. Potentially develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs to

effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.

5. Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of design elements, while considering technical constraints and system limitations.

6. Optimize landing pages and user flows through A/B testing, data analysis, and continuous iteration to improve conversion rates, user engagement, and overall product performance.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of product design, and proactively apply them to improve our design process and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Requirements:

1. Extensive experience (at least 5 years) in product design working a complex system, integrations with 3rd party systems a plus. Startup experience is a big plus.

2. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools.

3. Strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise, including examples of projects. Huge benefit to have previous experience in Membership Acquisition platforms.

4. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.

5. Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.

6. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts.

7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and strategically about design challenges.

8. Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with engineering teams.

Important Information

Please don't apply in case you are looking for a paid job opportunity. The founder/Co-founders start with zero $ compensation but will be rewarded with equity. While we are an angel funded startup, we are only looking for people who can give us their dedicated time and are passionate about building a world class business in the Experience Management (XM) space. We expect you to have a good enough runway - at a minimum of 12 months and the founding team will start drawing salaries only after the seed round.
