Chief Sales Officer Jobs

iRocket Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to join our executive team. The CSO will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. This role is integral to iRocket’s success, and we’re looking for a candidate who can align sales objectives with our business strategy.
Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
2.Drive sales operations to meet or exceed sales revenue, sales profitability, and budgetary objectives.
3.Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
4.Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
5.Report on sales metrics and forecast to the executive team.
6.Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
7.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
8.Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
Requirements:
1.Proven experience as a Chief Sales Officer or similar executive role.
2.Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
3.Strong business sense and industry expertise.
4.Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
5.Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
6.BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.
