The person Should be:

As VP/COO of Operations, we’re looking for someone who will act like a business partner of our RCM unit On-shore and head country-level business.

Compensation:

Not Fixed Compensation. The candidate will be a part taking in Company's growth story and will get the 10% of the total revenue from every successful business go-live set and implementation.

The same will be increased as per the business growth YOY.

oExperience in medical billing/revenue cycle sales is a huge plus

oAdvanced level of prospecting and sales experience

oExperience in CRM a plus

oExcellent verbal and written communication skills: able to talk to physicians and practice managers

oSell medical billing/revenue cycle management services to doctors, clinics, and hospitals.

oGenerate leads within a short time and close them

oCreate business development materials or tools

oWork under minimum guidance

oEducating clients on how they can save their time and money using our RCM/Medical Billing Services.

oPreparing contracts and negotiating with clients.

oCreating new business opportunities with the old clients.

oCreating new business models and setting targets for each quarter.

oMeeting with all the clients to get feedback about our services.

oAttending webinars related to new technologies, healthcare, IT, and AI industries.

oSuccessful medical coding, billing & practice management consulting service for solo and multi-specialty practices.

oProjects involve analyzing the Revenue Cycle Management process to develop improvement strategies.

oAnalyze and create reports to quantify which methods will optimize compliant reimbursement.
