Gabeo.ai, an innovative and rapidly expanding startup in Palo Alto, is extending an invitation to seasoned RCM leaders. We're disrupting the RCM space with GenAI and providing a unique opportunity for a late-stage Co-Founder & CPO to join us as we progress towards the launch of our MVP and the beginning of POCs in Q4.

At Gabeo.ai, we're pushing the boundaries of AI technology, using advanced methodologies to train and build large language models specifically trained on medical claims. Our mission is to revolutionize Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for healthcare providers. Our leadership team, led by a Medical Doctor & Executive MBA and an ex-googler Data Scientist, is actively working to develop solutions that can provide true automation to providers and stakeholders on denials management. The Opportunity:

As a late-stage Co-Founder & CPO, your expertise in RCM will play a crucial role in the company's strategic direction and optimization of our denials management platform. Your insights will be instrumental in disrupting traditional RCM and redefining it with Generative AI.

Responsibilities:

1. MVP & Prototype Development: Lead the design and development of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and the initial prototype, ensuring they align with customer needs and business objectives.
2. POC Development: Oversee the development and demonstration of proof of concept (POC) to potential customers, showcasing the feasibility and value of our product.
3. Customer Engagement: Engage directly with potential early-adopting customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and drive the MVP, POC, and future product improvements.
4. Product Strategy: Craft and execute a product strategy from scratch, setting a clear path for the product's evolution post-MVP and prototype stages.
5. Monetization and Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement a pricing model that maximizes revenue while ensuring market competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
6. Team Building: Build and lead a high-performing product team from the ground up. Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the co-founder team and future departments, ensuring seamless MVP development, product evolution, and launch.
8. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, using this information to guide MVP, prototype, and future product development.
9. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate the product's vision, MVP progress, POC results, prototype updates, and future plans to stakeholders, including the founding team, potential investors, and early-adopting customers.
10. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept, through MVP, POC, prototype development, product launch, and beyond.
11. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in product development from the MVP stage onward, creating strategies to mitigate these risks.

The role of Co-founder & CPO in a startup calls for a strategic thinker with a robust entrepreneurial spirit, a customer-centric mindset, and a comprehensive understanding of product development from the ground up. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of bringing a product from conception to market, including early-stage prototype and MVP development, as well as formulating successful monetization and pricing strategies.
