Job Description

Our large outpatient therapy clinic client is growing quickly and adding to their REMOTE recruiting team with this contract to perm opportunity!


Fast-paced and collaborative team environment, heavy req load averaging 50 (primarily Physical Therapist) roles. Strong sourcing, candidate relationship management, and organizational skills are keys to success! Excel proficiency required, JobVite experience is a plus. Upon conversion, this role offers a strong benefits package plus generous performance bonus eligibility. Outpatient clinic recruiting experience is a strong plus, but open to early-career talent acquisition professionals with some knowledge of healthcare, a strong work ethic, systems-savvy and a drive to learn and grow quickly!
