*Contract Project Coordinator Position - Medical Communications*

EPM Scientific are currently partnered with a global communications agency who are looking to bring in a contract project coordinator for an initial 6 months.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the delivery of projects on time and within budget by performing tasks that may include project submissions, note-taking, project routing, project management support, and administrative tasks.

The Role:

• Assisting Project Managers in the creation and updating of project timelines, creation of task emails and obtaining time estimates from internal team members
• Routing project materials between teams
• Supporting Project Managers in the preparation of deliverables for client review
• Capturing accurate notes during internal and client meetings
• Populating and/or updating internal spreadsheets
• Uploading, linking, and tagging materials on the submission systems

The Contract

• 6 Months (potential to extend)
• W2 worker status
• Remote (within the US or Canada)
• June start date
• 40 hours per week

The successful candidate must have experience working in a similar role with a pharmaceutical company or a medical communications agency.
