Overview The Corporate Communications Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating corporate communications projects and initiatives. This includes developing and executing communications plans, managing timelines, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The Corporate Communications Project Coordinator will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and providing support to the corporate communications team. Detailed Job DescriptionThe Corporate Communications Project Coordinator will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Developing and executing communications plans for corporate communications projects and initiatives.
• Managing timelines and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Providing support to the corporate communications team.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of communications plans.
• Assisting with the development of corporate communications materials.
• Coordinating and attending meetings and events related to corporate communications projects.
• Assisting with the development of corporate communications strategies.
• Researching and analyzing industry trends and developments.
Job Skills Required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of corporate communications principles and practices.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in corporate communications or a related field.
• Experience in project management and/or event planning.
• Knowledge of corporate communications principles and practices.
