Contract: Project Management Officer, Cao Org

This is an engagement through Upwork’s Hybrid Workforce Solutions (HWS) Team. Our Hybrid Workforce Solutions Team is a global group of professionals that support Upwork’s business. Our HWS team members are located all over the world.

Work/Project Scope:

• Develop project plans including tracking dependencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define, coordinate, and prioritize projects.
• Prepare reports and status updates for weekly CAO/VP Controller check-ins and regular check-in meetings with our cross-functional teams
• Call and schedule meetings as needed
• Streamline projects to ensure goals are reached and projects are on track for timely completion.

Must Haves (Required Skills):

• Able to support PST Timezone
• PMP Certification (Preferred - not a requirement)
• General knowledge/understanding of what it takes to be a great project manager and for a project to be successful.
• Proven track record in leading high-profile (C-Suite level) cross-functional projects.
• Proficient in Google Suite.
• Ability to quickly come up to speed on project details and help establish key milestones.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize and juggle different partners' needs
• Strong PMO experience.
