Job Description

The Sourcing Coordinator provides administrative and other ad hoc support to the Non-Apparel Sourcing group. The primary function of this role is to assist with the product development process with design and overseas vendors, assist with PO issuance, and to assist with the management of sample tracking.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Work with oversea vendors and agents through all points in the development process and bulk production
  • Manage development and bulk production calendars
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of certain seasonal re-cap charts, lab dip charts and other ad hoc requests
  • Assists in costing and delivering on AUC/IMU targets
  • Maintain departmental files within the Sourcing systems
  • Responsible for all PO requests and revisions
  • Maintain Bamboo Rose system
  • Participate in weekly cross- functional team meetings with design and merchandising
  • Assist with product development + request/tracking of all samples
  • Assist with departmental projects on an as needed basis


Experience and Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous production experience preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Flexible/adaptable in a fast paced, team oriented environment
  • Bachelor’s degree, in a related field of study, or equivalent functional experience
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Detail oriented, with strong organizational capabilities

The hourly rate for this role is $24.04 – $26.44. Actual compensation within that range is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and other job-related factors
