Job Description

Seeking an Events Coordinator to work at a prestigious legal firm! Supporting the Business Development Team.


Responsibilities:

-Handling firm events from beginning to end

-Plan events such as client dinners, seminars, and more!

-Assist with all areas of events including invitation design, menu selection, site selection, RSVP's, staffing, transportation, and list management

-Collaborate with vendors and communicate with all stakeholders


Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree required

-3+ years of event planning experience

-Project management

-Able to communicate with lawyers and clients, vendors

-Flexibility; will work overtime and some travel
