Aviation + Transportation Project Manager needed!

An international architecture firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their New York Aviation + Transporation team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of A+T experience.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Track fees and costs
• Manage day-to-day activities of projects.
• Manage project budget, schedule, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Prepare fee proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Foster communication with project team
• Participate in marketing and business development.
• Provide leadership and mentor staff.

Key skills and experience:

• Thorough understanding of project planning, scheduling, staffing, and budgeting
• 12-20+ years of professional experience, with prior management experience through all phases
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Advanced knowledge of sustainability and integrated design
• Proficient in MS Office tools and Deltek Vision (preferred)
• Architectural modeling and design proficiency
• In-depth knowledge of design, construction methodology, and material application
• Travel may be required.
• Architecture License preferred.
• 10+ years of Aviation + Transportation experience

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000
