Overview A Contract Transaction Coordinator is responsible for managing the entire contract process from start to finish. This includes negotiating contracts, preparing documents, and ensuring that all parties involved in the transaction are in compliance with the terms of the agreement. The Contract Transaction Coordinator must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of the legal aspects of contract law. Detailed Job Description The Contract Transaction Coordinator is responsible for managing the entire contract process from start to finish. This includes negotiating contracts, preparing documents, drafting contracts, and ensuring that all parties involved in the transaction are in compliance with the terms of the agreement. The Contract Transaction Coordinator must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of the legal aspects of contract law. The Contract Transaction Coordinator must be able to effectively communicate with all parties involved in the transaction, including clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. The Contract Transaction Coordinator must also be able to effectively manage the entire contract process, from start to finish, including tracking deadlines, ensuring accuracy of documents, and ensuring that all parties are in compliance with the terms of the agreement. Job Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in contract management
