EVPassport is changing the EV Charging experience, and we want you to help build it.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analytics Manager to join our team. The Data Analytics Manager will help drive business growth and provide actionable insight through in-depth data analysis. This role will be pivotal in developing and measuring key performance metrics that help guide executive-level decision making. The Data Analytics Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to, engineering and product, finance, business operations, growth and revenue, and marketing. An ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be confident in their ability to deliver results for a dynamic, high-growth business.

Responsibilities

• Use statistical analysis to develop predictive models
• Play a pivotal role with implementing data visualization and reporting tools
• Utilize data to identify trends and patterns to improve KPI's and operational initiatives
• Provide recommendations for best practices in regards to data integrity and data management processes
• Apply technical and analytical skills to collect, store, and present data in a digestible manner
• Lead data analysis efforts to develop and implement data-driven solutions
• Create, manage, and communicate data visualizations and dashboards to key stakeholders

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a data analytics and reporting function, preferably within a technology company
• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, or a related field
• Experience with database management
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling
• Proficiency in querying languages such as SQL

• Experience with a data visualization / BI implementation
• Knowledge of electric vehicles, infrastructure, SaaS, or EV charging
• Experience at a startup
• Experience working closely with finance and biz-ops
