About The Team
As the Director of Business Insights, Client Experience , you will be responsible for leading a team of business analysts to help inform the strategic direction of FIS client experience transformation within the Global Client Experience (CX) organization working across the team’s more than 7,500 colleagues.
The CX organization consists of client care and support, onboarding services, client success and custom value-add services for the banking solutions line of business.  The leader in this role will support the innovation challenges of transforming CX from a cost center to a profit center by creating insights from analytics, contributing to thought leadership and defining commercialization .

About The Role
  • Brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts in process improvement, data capture and analysis, infrastructure support, tool ownership and compliance with procedures, etc.
  • Ensures that policies and procedures align with corporate vision.
  • Plans, manages, and controls the activities of a team that provides operational support for a business segment, group, or team.
  • Advises business groups by providing strategic direction to initiative prioritization, integration, and resource application.
  • Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, computer science, or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • 10 + years of relevant experience supporting Business Insights and analytics in a leadership capacity
  • K nowledge of financial and/or payment solutions technology including systems, applications, and banking practices
