Job Description
Job Title: Client Experience Representative


Location: Remote


Duration: 6 months (Possibility of extension)


Summary


The Client Experience Representative will provide our customers with an exceptional experience to match our premium product for their beloved cat or dog. They will strive to exceed daily tasks to gain our customer's loyalty & trust by coming up with quick resolutions, taking ownership & accountability, and providing exceptional customer service in every interaction.


Responsibilities


  • Ability to handle challenging customer interactions.
  • Exude patience and ownership with each customer, including both internal and external contacts.
  • Resolve conflicts, de-escalate situations, and set appropriate expectations for customers.
  • Ability to empathize and prioritize customer needs by demonstrating agility and teamwork.
  • Determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet department metrics on customer touchpoints by phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify roadblocks and escalate through the appropriate channels.


Requirements


  • Due to a remote work environment, a dedicated workspace and an internet connection of 100 MB is required.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Experienced and capable to utilize functional and technical skills to learn multiple systems.
  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years' experience in Customer Service
