Job Title: Client Experience Representative
- Ability to handle challenging customer interactions.
- Exude patience and ownership with each customer, including both internal and external contacts.
- Resolve conflicts, de-escalate situations, and set appropriate expectations for customers.
- Ability to empathize and prioritize customer needs by demonstrating agility and teamwork.
- Determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Meet department metrics on customer touchpoints by phone, email, and chat.
- Identify roadblocks and escalate through the appropriate channels.
- Due to a remote work environment, a dedicated workspace and an internet connection of 100 MB is required.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Experienced and capable to utilize functional and technical skills to learn multiple systems.
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years' experience in Customer Service
- Remote Work Experience
- Call Center Experience
- BS/BA degree or higher
