About the Role:

Power Digital is seeking a Client Services, Account Director to lead account teams through all aspects of digital strategy and growth marketing. This position plays a critical role in the growth and retention of clients. This individual will work to drive performance through integrated marketing tactics across paid media, paid search, branding, traffic and conversion, and develop an understanding of our client’s business goals to help them reach and exceed their targets.


In addition to strategy and growth, you will lead teams of highly talented marketers by working closely to optimize their efforts and provide guidance, enforcing pivots when necessary. This individual will demonstrate exceptional leadership by gaining trust and providing unmatched strategic insight to their account teams.


This individual will report to the VP of Performance Marketing.


Responsibilities:


  • Client excellence - Review and analyze client contracts, renewals, and KPIs on a regular basis to ensure goals are being met. Make improvements using your expertise and experience
  • Growth marketing excellence - Guide the team through best practices across paid media, paid search, branding, and traffic and conversion. Develop tactics to scale best practices and workflows. Lead the charge for new “outside the box” practices and key initiatives while gaining buy-in and support from the team and senior leaders
  • Coaching and leadership - Work directly with the accounts team after client onboarding to review progress and plans to show substantial success. Challenge strategy and provide coaching to up-level existing practices and client presentations
  • Cross-channel Integration - Lead the charge on improving communication and workflow between departments to deliver a holistic marketing plan to clients. Use creative insight and experience to deliver best-in-class omni-channel plans to meet and exceed client goals
  • Analytics - Work closely with and manage data and analytics teams to get a clear picture of campaigns and where optimizations can be made


Requirements:


  • Extensive CRM and Marketing Operations platform experience required (i.e. Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo); experience with Salesforce and HubSpot specifically preferred
  • Experience speaking to business-level metrics such as pipeline generation, closed won deals, return on partnership, LTV:CAC, and deal velocity, among others
  • Desire to work in a role that functions as both a marketing consultant, and a business consultant for clients
  • Understanding of Lead and Opportunity/Deal KPIs, and experience reporting out on different KPIs throughout the customer journey
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, consumer insights, digital integration and client services, ideally in a digital or media agency
  • Advanced understanding of digital marketing and experience in lead generation tools, earned media, paid media, owned media, attribution, optimization, etc. - experience in data-driven marketing is critical
  • Campaign leadership skills for end-to-end campaign development including strategy, segmentation, targeting, etc. in a multi-channel environment
  • 5+ years of working in a B2B and B2C lead gen environment (or with clients in these industries) required
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and develop relationships with executive-level points of contact
