The Miami-Dade County Internal Services Department (ISO) is seeking an executive level administrator who will be an effective member of the senior management team and is committed to enhancing the Department's vision and strategic goals.

This position serves as the Departmental Personnel Representative and is responsible for functions that include supervising and planning department-wide personnel administrative activities (managing recruitment, compensation, employee benefits, payroll, and employee leave) and labor relations. This position will also oversee departmental strategic goals related to employee engagement, recruitment and retention efforts, employee development and training, onboarding, and communication strategies.

This position may lend itself to Miami-Dade's Telecommuting Policy, which includes flexible work schedules and remote home working in those areas where such a policy is viable and meets the goals and objectives of the operations.

About ISO

ISO provides a wide range of internal support services for the ongoing operation of County government which focuses on promoting operational best practices and efficient government operations. ISO provides various customer-based business services that include, facility management, real estate services, design and construction management, and small business development, Americans with Disabilities Act compliance, fleet management, risk management, surplus property disposition services, capital inventory management, and large-scale printing services.
