Job Description

LHH is seeking a VP of Human Resources for a non-profit in Tampa, FL.


Salary: $100,000-$110,000

Location: Tampa, FL

Schedule: Onsite


Responsibilities

  • Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent
  • Develop initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization
  • Manage and resolve complex employee-relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Provide operational oversight and management of HR team, programs, and processes. Facilitate and provide guidance and counsel to management on human resources matters, functions, and policies.
  • Oversee the payroll processes and accuracy of processes.
  • Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training and leadership development


Qualifications

  • 7+ years' of professional HR experience
  • SHRM/PHR/SPHR required
  • Bachelor's degree required
