Job Summary:
The Division Vice President (VP) of Operations East is a crucial leader at ArchWell Health. You will lead and support the market management team, have large P&L responsibility, and oversight of the assigned region’s growth, community relations and all operations.
As a VP, Operations You Will:

Job Summary:
The Division Vice President (VP) of Operations East is a crucial leader at ArchWell Health. You will lead and support the market management team, have large P&L responsibility, and oversight of the assigned region’s growth, community relations and all operations.
As a VP, Operations You Will:
- Lead assigned region from a complete operational perspective
- Partner with market medical director(s) to build a collaborative and effective provider culture, focused on delivering outstanding patient care
- Work in a collaborative relationship with the Regional Growth Director and/or VP of Sales
- Foster relationships with local health care providers, health plans, insurance agencies, and community leaders.
- You will directly manage market-level leaders and oversee the management, and development of colleagues across all centers in the territory
- Manage the P&L over the division; responsible for all operations across the region and achieve financial, growth, and operational KPIs; there is a significant focus on growth and member satisfaction
- Work side by side with your teams to ensure operational excellence and deliver outstanding patient experience
- Strong knowledge of the national payer and risk-bearing provider landscape
- Track record of developing and implementing processes for providing excellent customer service
- Must possess a high degree of emotional intelligence and integrity, driven and focused work ethic
- Strong business acumen; demonstrated experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resource modeling, leadership technique, and operations
- Self-starter with the ability to think creatively and work effectively
- Ability to effectively leverage business and organizational knowledge within and across functional areas
- Ability and willingness to travel locally, regionally and nationwide up to 50% of the time
- A passion for mentorship and team-development

- Ability to manage multiple priorities across various stakeholders and departments
- Minimum of 7 years of multisite operations leadership
- Strive for excellence

- Minimum of 5 years of multi-million-dollar P&L management accountability; prior Medicare Advantage risk pool P&L responsibility preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of direct operational experience in Medicare Advantage, value-based models, managed care, or ACOs
- Earn trust
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Healthcare or Public Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field; Master’s or MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of medical group operations
- Do the right thing and do it with passion
- Show respect
- Minimum of 10 years in a supervisory role in a medical setting, with at least 5 years of multi-site experience
