Job Description

Title: The EVP of Human Resources.


This role reports to the CEO.

The role can be based in North Carolina or hybrid with 25% travel.

This role oversees all HR activities: training & development programs, employer branding,

recruiting, talent acquisition, onboarding, administration, and compliance.

Responsibilities for the EVP of Human Resources:

· Serve as trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team

· Actively participate in board meetings

· Work with the Board to design competitive executive compensation plans

· Advise the business on best-in-class HR strategy and practices

· Develop talent management and training programs to optimize internal talent

· Promote ways to more effectively recruit and hire new talent

· Drive process improvement initiatives


Qualifications:

· Minimum 15 years of experience leading HR teams

· Experience reporting directly to a CEO or Business Unit President
