Growth Associate Jobs

Supernova is looking for a talented Growth Associate to join our fast-growing agency.

We seek smart, ambitious, outside-the-box creators as passionate about emerging tech as we are. The ideal candidate has a background in content creation, design, field marketing, or digital marketing and has a keen interest in working on the ground floor of a rapidly growing marketing startup. This is an open-ended working environment - you will get out what you put in.

Responsibilities

• Have opportunities to work cross-functionally based on interest - business development, strategy, operations, research, etc
• Work with the founding team to launch creative marketing campaigns week-to-week
• Get access to helpful software tools and content libraries
• Communicate complex concepts in ways that speak to our client's readers, viewers, and listeners, and help them understand complicated tech in a more intimate, digestible way
• Assist in the growth & development of various content series, among other possible content options
• Learn about the creative process in a flexible, open-minded business environment

Qualifications

Experience with one or some of the following areas:

Social Media Management, Content Creation (you have compelling personal social media), Graphic Design, Copywriting, Event Marketing, Experiential Marketing, Digital Marketing, Guerilla Marketing, OOH Advertising, Sales/Business Development

AI or Blockchain knowledge and experience is highly preferred, but not required.
