Member Engagement Associates are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with members of an organization. They work to ensure that members are engaged and satisfied with their membership and that their needs are met. Member Engagement Associates are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with members of an organization. This includes developing and implementing strategies to increase membership, engaging with members through events, activities, and other initiatives, and providing customer service and support to members. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
