A leading podcast and audiobook company is seeking an Associate Director - Customer Engagement. The successful candidate will develop, execute, and oversee revenue-driving programs and campaigns. The ideal candidate has relevant experience in product marketing, marketing, or strategy roles. The company offers a great work environment!


Associate Director - Customer Engagement Pay And Benefits


  • Hourly pay: $75-$95/hr (Pay varies based on the candidate's work location and experience)
  • 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
  • Worksite: Leading podcast and audiobook company (Remote - Candidate must work EST hours)


Associate Director - Customer Engagement Responsibilities


  • Work with the CRM team to deploy any outbound comms (email/push), communicating segments, deployment dates, and technical requirements.
  • Track the progress of product launches/partnerships that will impact the team’s programs.
  • Identify the customer-facing value proposition and document all project deliverables and inputs through the company's brief.
  • Work closely with analytics partners to measure the performance of owned programs and campaigns.
  • Work in the CMS to build any landing pages or placements that might be required.
  • Ensure projects remain on track and that teams (internal and external) adhere to deadlines.
  • Partner with individuals throughout the company to create and execute revenue-generating programs and campaigns.


Associate Director - Customer Engagement Qualifications


  • A self-starter, highly organized individual, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • An exceptional communicator who can evangelize the team’s goals and programs to internal stakeholders.
  • 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or strategy roles.
  • A data-driven strategic thinker constantly iterating to improve the customer experience and who can both “think” and “do”


Compensation: From $75.00 to $95.00 per hour
