Job Description

Our HR Team is currently seeking an experienced Director Total Rewards to create and lead our Reward Function. This newly created role will be responsible for leading a team of two, and building a strong Reward function, putting the employee experience at the center.


Specifically, you will be responsible for the strategy, design and administration of our competitive Reward offerings, to ensure we are competitive in the market, and provides a world class experience to our employees. You will also support in the due diligence and integration of newly acquired companies.


The ideal candidate will be experienced in leading a total reward or benefits function at a medium to large sized company, and is experienced in working with senior stakeholders, brokers, and vendors on plan design, governance and strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review contractual terms and service level agreements of third-party providers to ensure they best meet our needs
  • Leading Global reward projects in the region, for example gender pay gap, living wage and others.
  • Benchmark our reward offerings and provide strategic recommendations to ensure our reward offerings are competitive and enticing to existing and new employees,
  • Ensuring pay ranges are externally competitive through appropriate benchmarking and market data analysis
  • Manage the annual enrollment process ensuring employee experience is smooth and seamless.
  • Manage the annual compensation planning process, ensuring alignment to process, guidelines, timing and financial requirements.
  • Managing all relevant renewals process such as external vendors, brokers, benefit plan providers etc.
  • Specify, develop, and test HR data collection procedures and tools as it relates to benefits administration to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Develop and manage the delivery and implementation of employee benefit programs (particularly Health and 401k), ensuring the needs of internal stakeholders are met and ensuring compliance with external legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Working with the HR and Corporate Communications team, manage all Reward communications to employees.


Required Qualifications

  • Experience with all relevant regulatory and compliance requirements, ensuring appropriate governance and controls
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience leading a reward function, or being responsible for benefits and compensation
  • 10+ years of benefits and compensation experience
