About the Team and Job:
The Brand Partnerships Manager (BPM) is a full-time role located in TikTok's Los Angeles office. They are responsible for driving revenue by building relationships with key enterprise gaming accounts, providing product consultation, education, and support to help clients achieve their business goals on TikTok. This position is part of the Cross-Platform Gaming Team (XP), a sales team within TikTok's Global Gaming organization that focuses on activating and scaling advertising for PC, console, and cross-play gaming advertisers.
The BPM works closely with the Client Solutions Manager (CSM) and is responsible for sustaining and growing revenue for XP Gaming advertisers on TikTok. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional consultative selling skills, a passion for revenue growth, the ability to set strategic vision and remove blockers, and a willingness to execute tactics. Success in this position requires strong sales and analytical skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
Responsibilites:
1. Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities.
2. Drive revenue for TikTok Gaming by seeking partnerships with various direct clients and agencies.
3. Be consultative and provide strategic media solutions to maximize opportunity with existing clients and create new and impactful relationships with prospective advertisers.
4. Create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data for respective regions.
5. Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.
6. Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.
7. Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
8. Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
9. Update clients on TikTok products and developments and educate clients and agencies on best practices.
10. Work cross-functionally within sales and other TikTok teams to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction
Job requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study.
2. 4+ years of digital media sales, marketing, brand advertising, gaming and/or online advertising experience.
3. Must be willing to work a hybrid schedule in Los Angeles or San Francisco, CA.

2. Experience, knowledge and passion for the gaming industry.
3. Track record of building compelling presentations leveraging industry and internal proof points.
4. Knowledge of self-serve platforms, auction, and biddable forms of digital advertising buying.
5. Proven ability to establish relationships with advertisers, agency and C-level relationships.
6. Track record of delivering and exceeding revenue goals.
7. Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist.
8. A team player and collaborator.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $75000 - $124000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
