Overview:
Cider is currently looking for a creative and experienced Senior Manager of Marketing with a specialization in PR, Events, and Brand Partnerships. In this role, you will spearhead the planning and execution of effective public relations strategies, high-impact events, and strategic brand partnership initiatives to enhance our brand visibility and establish valuable relationships that contribute to our growth trajectory. The ideal candidate is innovative, creative yet business-minded, detail-oriented, reliable, and a stellar communicator.
This position will report to The Head of Marketing and Partnerships.
Your Role on the Team:
- Develop and implement innovative PR strategies that are in line with our brand's objectives, ensuring seamless messaging across all platforms.
- Plan, manage, and execute brand events, including product launches, fashion shows, and pop-up events, that resonate with our Gen Z audience and elevate our brand presence.
- Build and nurture relationships with talent, partners, and key stakeholders to foster brand awareness and engagement.
- Design and execute strategic brand partnerships that reflect our brand values and appeal to our target demographic.
- Work alongside agencies partners to oversee crisis management and brand reputation, promptly addressing any public relations issues that arise.
- Administer the brand partnership and event budget, guaranteeing optimal resource allocation.
- Track, measure, and evaluate the performance of PR, brand partnership, and event initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align brand messages and campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and the evolving preferences of our target audience.
The Skills You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing, specializing in PR, Events, and Brand Partnerships.
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing impactful PR strategies, events, and brand partnerships.
- Deep understanding of the Gen Z market and current fashion trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, startup environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
- Willingness to travel as needed for brand events, partnership meetings, etc.
