You will be responsible for driving the process to review and approve Chime’s priorities with our banks and product teams. This is a critical role to represent Chime’s strategic growth drivers with our bank partners. This role will report to Chime’s Sr. Director of Bank Partnerships and Strategy.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional team members to ensure products meet bank partner requirements (regulatory, compliance, operational, customer service)
  • Build strong cross functional relationships with our bank partners and Chime stakeholders including Product, Compliance, Legal, Customer Experience, and Risk
  • Be responsible for the end-to-end process with bank partners to review and approve new product development

To thrive in this role, you have
  • Have strong relationship building skills, able to serve as an escalation point and drive complex topics to resolution
  • Have expertise in the banking market and competitive landscape
  • Have deep familiarity with the regulatory landscape in banking, fintech, and financial services

  • Have 7+ years of work experience, including:
  • Have a low ego and an interest in collaborating with a wide variety of people
  • Have a consistent track record of driving alignment across multiple stakeholders, with the ability to handle diverse perspectives and goals in order to reach a timely resolution
  • Partnerships experience at a regulated Financial Services company
  • Experience working at or with a high growth Fintech startup
  • Experience in consumer banking or payment services
