We are seeking a highly motivated Partnership Manager to join our team at The Mobility House. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering smart charging solutions to transit, school, and fleet customers by partnering with leading companies in the electric mobility space.


Requirements


  • Results-Driven: You are proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You actively seek and drive business opportunities, contributing to the growth of The Mobility House's channel partner business.
  • Technical Expertise: Your knowledge and understanding of EV charging enable you to educate and train partners effectively. Your experience in the energy and/or EV space, or your engineering background will be highly valuable in this role.
  • Innovative Mindset: You embrace innovation and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture. Your analytical thinking allows you to refine go-to-market strategies in partnership with our stakeholders.
  • Relationship Builder: Building and managing relationships is second nature to you. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enable you to connect with diverse stakeholders, including industry leaders, and foster productive collaborations.
  • Account Management Experience: You have a background in account management, business development, or sales, preferably within the EV or energy industries. This experience equips you with a deep understanding of customer needs and enables you to manage and grow existing partner accounts effectively.
  • Collaborative Partner: You have a proven track record of successfully partnering with leading companies in the electric mobility space. Your ability to establish and nurture relationships with industry partners is essential in delivering effective solutions.
  • Strategic Thinker: Your strategic mindset allows you to identify and develop business opportunities with new channel partners and expand our network.


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with partner accounts to identify and develop new business opportunities as well as opportunities for upselling, cross-selling of new product and services to maximize growth potential expanding The Mobility House footprint within the partner organizations.
  • Establish and foster strong relationships with leading companies in the electric mobility industry to deliver innovative smart charging solutions to transit, school, and fleet customers to expand The Mobility House’s network of channel and strategic partners.
  • Educate and train partners on The Mobility House's technologies, ensuring their comprehensive understanding and ability to effectively integrate and promote the value proposition to customers.
  • Work closely with partners to refine go-to-market strategies and actively driving partnership development with The Mobility House, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
  • Contribute to a positive, innovative, and collaborative team culture, actively sharing knowledge and insights, and promoting a high-performance work environment.

This job is a 100% remote role based in United States and requires travel as needed for customer meetings.

Salary range: $105,706 - $117,452 (total compensation, salary + bonus)
