Cross-Platform Producer Jobs

The Cross-Platform Producers work closely with Creative Development and Executive Producers to bring our short form and cross-platform storytelling to life. Producers will own the production process from initial studio bids onward, and be TLG’s representative to all 3rd party production partners, responsible for schedules, budgets and final delivery of all Entertainment Content.
Need for more Producers to support growing content demands across franchises, especially in cross-platform content to support Plan 25 ambitions.
The Entertainment team is responsible for all creative production for all audience facing entertainment Series, Specials, Theatrical, and additional content for social media and LEGO’s owned channels (trailers, characters spotlights, etc). The team is comprised of creative and production personnel that work with internal and external partners to develop best in class, engaging content that creates brand affinity.
The role of Cross-Platform Producer means ownership of the complete production value chain from studio bid(s) to Master file delivery. Entertainment must always be aligned with the Global Content Strategy and in support of the LEGO Brand values. This includes ancillary, social, and owned channel content that supports the overall storytelling of the franchise.
This particular role will focus on animated children’s content, including both our homegrown IP as well as Licensed IPs. There is a particular focus on entertainment properties that are driven by character, interpersonal relationships and drama, humor, and teamwork.
Ability to work within the LEGO organization as well as with external production companies, IP partners, and broadcast partners across multiple countries is essential. We are a small team, and require versatility in tasks and responsibilities. The role demands a Producer who is focused, organized, and thrives on the contracting, budgeting, scheduling, and co-ordinating aspects of the Producer role.
In this role you will be asked to guide the production and delivery of cross-platform storytelling content that expands the worlds and deepens audience engagement to some of the biggest franchises at LEGO.
