Job Description
Our client is an early-stage, private members network designed for ultra high net worth individuals, startup that is looking to hire a Business Operations Associate. Role is based in New York (in office 4 days a week).


About the Company:


  • The main product is shared alternative, off-market deal flow with below market fee structure that is sourced from the members
  • The company is founded by Mark Gerson (founder of GLG), Billy Libby (founder of upper90), and Teddy Gold, who currently serves as CEO of the Company
  • The Company also throws events, holds educational seminars and workshops, and act as a platform for new connections for the members
  • Strong team of :20 FTE, comprised on individuals with backgrounds across investment banking, private equity, management consulting, and startup ops
  • With :300 members to date, the company is a rapidly growing, invite-only community of HNW individuals (founders, fund managers, and family offices)


About the Role:


  • You'll support support analytics related to tracking engagement metrics across CRM, member database, and website
  • Support the management and optimization of our member onboarding experience
  • You'll design, implement, and refine business processes across platform experience including: sales, deals, community, events, and retention
  • Develop, launch, and scale product lines based on member needs and strategic initiatives


Ideal Candidate:


1-2 YOE; Background as an operator at an early-stage startup or management consulting


Based in NYC


Base + Equity = All-in :$120K
