- Own and enhance the full onboarding experience for new hires
- Conduct initial check-ins with new hires, partnering with the manager and the Business Partners in the first 90 days, especially
- Help foster our culture of appreciation and inclusion by working with managers and senior HR staff on milestone celebrations.
- Partner with the Business Partners on programs that strengthen feedback loops between teammates and managers
- Create and execute our part-timer program and any parallel early-career initiatives
- Build and analyze reports. Conduct research on external trends, organize internal data, highlight patterns and factors that impact growth, retention, etc.
- Build learning opportunities for the organization, including but not limited to operationalizing training sessions and building a library of how-to's and FAQs
- Problem solving, related to employee relations and/or performance management
- Passion for embedding DEI and L&D into programming
- Agility and seizing opportunities to strengthen retention
- Desire to be impactful to a growing organization and its people
