Job Description
Overtime builds disruptive new sports leagues aimed globally at the next generation of sports fans and athletes. Overtime owns and operates, OTE in basketball and OT7 in football, and leverages digital-first content across its network of accounts engaging its community of over 70 million fans and followers. This role is essential to supporting employee programming, operationalizing people processes, and developing overall engagement.


What You'll Do:


  • Own and enhance the full onboarding experience for new hires
  • Conduct initial check-ins with new hires, partnering with the manager and the Business Partners in the first 90 days, especially
  • Help foster our culture of appreciation and inclusion by working with managers and senior HR staff on milestone celebrations.
  • Partner with the Business Partners on programs that strengthen feedback loops between teammates and managers
  • Create and execute our part-timer program and any parallel early-career initiatives
  • Build and analyze reports. Conduct research on external trends, organize internal data, highlight patterns and factors that impact growth, retention, etc.
  • Build learning opportunities for the organization, including but not limited to operationalizing training sessions and building a library of how-to's and FAQs

Overtime expects the base salary for this position to be $60-70K based on experience of the selected candidate, in addition to benefits, equity, and paid time off.
