An international spirits company with an office in Manhattan is seeking an HR Generalist to join their growing US team. The ideal candidate will drive recruitment efforts, benefits & rewards, engagement & training, as well as a variety of other HR/People & Culture programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop positive employee relations and people management programs
  • Support learning & development efforts
  • Assist with benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Drive recruitment efforts


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
  • Self-starter
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • 2+ years' of experience working in Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources
