Weseeka strategic and detail-oriented individual to contribute to Elemy's ongoing growth. Working alongside various teams, you will utilize data-driven insights to formulate effective expansion strategies. This role suits an organized, structured, and independent workstyle, capable of simplifying complex issues and delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You will be an Analyst on our New Ventures team nested within Corporate Strategy and Operations.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new markets.

• Gather insights through industry expert interviews.

• Generate clear and concise financial statements for your plans.

• Workfourdays a week in our New York, Soho officeandoneday remotely, with the potential for travel (this is aremoterole).

Who you are:

• Holds a Bachelor's or Master’s degree with at leastoneyear of relevant experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, or at a high-growth startup.

• Skilled in developing business hypotheses.

• Proficient with Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, etc.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Able to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions.

• Passionate about improving mental health.
