Ring Concierge is a rapidly growing female-founded fine jewelry company specializing in customized engagement rings and fine jewelry. As the Bespoke Hand Model you’ll be someone who knows how to take immaculate still-photos and videos of your own hands, understanding the various angles, and have a natural ability to remain organized. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled with a camera and/or phone camera. Must be confident and comfortable on camera. Yes, YOU ARE OUR DAY-TO-DAY HAND MODEL for our Bespoke Sales team. This role will require you to multitask and stay organized.

Areas of Responsibilities

Model

• Act as our Ring Concierge Bespoke Model to take all photos and videos that the Diamond Sales Specialists may need when working with a client
• Partner with the Bespoke Sales team daily to ensure you are capturing all the content they need:
• Wedding bands
• Other client special requests
• Diamond line-up photos
• Finished engagement rings

Asset Creation & Management

• Partner with Model & Marketing Assistant to maintain Ring Concierge's digital asset library in accordance with asset naming and storage practices as required by each department, including detailed product information for all products included in each image/video
• General administrative support
• Updating Trello cards
• Follow all Ring Concierge predefined specifications and requirements for asset creation
• Order shipping
• Assist the Bespoke Sales and Production team with ad-hoc projects as needed
• Updating job bag forms
• Ensure the asset library is always updated and accurate

About You

• Possess strong aesthetic sensibilities
• Sophisticated eye when shooting content
• Strong organizational skills, keen eye for detail
• Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Understands working in a fast-paced environment with ability to multi-task without sacrificing details or quality of work
• Team player, can-do attitude, no task too small - assists and supports colleagues as needed
• Ability to continuously adapt as the business evolves and grows

Requirements

• Experience in photo & video content creation
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Experience in the Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, G-Suite, Keynote, and other related software is a plus
• Proficient in photo editing and retouching is a plus
• Excellent photography skills
• Experience as a professional hand model a plus, but not required

Details

• The salary for this position is 50,000-60,000, commensurate with experience

• Office Hours: 9 am to 6 pm, with the knowledge that we have a startup culture and your day may extend past listed office hours (with the possibility of weekends during busy season, sales or events)
• Full-time role located in NYC
• Paid time off

• All images must be of yourself
• All images must be taken by yourself (professional camera is not required, iPhone images are acceptable)
• 1 styled neckline shot
• 4 styled/stacked hand images
• 1 styled ear shot
• Portfolio must include:
• Finger sizes of your left and right hand

Please note that we do not expect you to have any Ring Concierge product and/or have a lot of jewelry in your images.
