Dive into the world of premium payments, working with employee policy-level complexities, and effortlessly reconcile premium payments within our company guidelines.
Be the go-to expert in resolving billing issues, providing top-notch solutions to both internal and external customers, all while delivering exceptional customer service.
Proactively monitor accounts, spotting and resolving exceptions and reviewing past-due accounts to ensure a seamless reconciliation process.
Uncover the mysteries of suspense account discrepancies, tackling them head-on with your expert research skills and providing prompt corrective options for complex accounts.
Collaborate closely with our billing teams, making sure premiums are processed accurately and on time, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
Share your knowledge and expertise as a valuable resource, mentoring and training existing staff and actively participating in the onboarding of new team members.
Qualifications
You possess an Associates degree or equivalent experience, demonstrating your dedication to continuous learning and personal growth.
With a minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, premium reconciliation, billing, or accounting, you've honed your skills and are now ready for an exciting new challenge.
You're a tech-savvy individual, proficient in MS Office tools like Access, Word, Excel, and Outlook, making you a wizard in the world of digital productivity.
Familiarity with payment process methods is essential, showing that you understand the intricate details of financial transactions.
Experience with billing application systems like Groupfacts/Claimfacts is a plus, giving you an edge in navigating our cutting-edge technology.
Your excellent written and oral communication skills make you a superstar in conveying information effectively and collaborating with various departments on premium reconciliation matters.
As a master of time management, you can prioritize tasks independently, achieving your goals with finesse.
