The Role

• Optimize website and marketing efforts for search engines
• Ensure development, implementation, and quality assurance of the organization’s website presence
• Communicate updates and statuses to internal clients
• Assist with ongoing maintenance of various websites, working closely with digital marketing and development teams

The Value

• Conduct analysis, website audits, competitive assessments, browser compliance, mobile responsiveness, and user testing
• Deliver optimal website design, functionality, and search engine optimization
• Implement the strategic vision of the Executive Director of Digital Strategy and Director of Web Marketing Strategy
• Contribute to web best practices and ensure organizational website meets HTML standards
• Collaborate with Director of Web Marketing Strategy to support implementation, analysis, and optimization of marketing website landing pages and digital assets

Requirements

• Proven ability to successfully manage concurrent projects and work in a fast-paced environment
• Associate's degree
• Ability to manage and set client expectations throughout digital asset lifecycles
• In-depth understanding of SEO and web metrics
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport and relationships
• Proficiency with advanced HTML, web editors, and graphics editors
• Experience with CMS systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail for managing quality assurance, usability/user experience, and performance testing
• Experience with MS Office, data sets, CRM/PRM systems, content management systems, browser applications, SEO, social media, mobile and web analytics tools
• 1+ years of experience in web content management systems and project management
