These current roles are remote, but on-premise opportunities will also exist in both the DC and Atlanta locations when we are able to safely returning to our offices.

What does an a Recruiter do?

• Match talent profiles with open jobs within our client portfolio.
• Research and generate valuable lead generation.
• Facilitate the scheduling and interview process.
• Conduct reference checks and support onboarding.
• Identify and select prospective candidates using The Goal’s proven market sourcing and screening methodology.
• Connect with the talent community via recommended networking channels.
• Provide interview process coaching and market intelligence to strengthen candidacy of all applicants.
• Negotiate full compensation and offer packages.

What are the qualifications?

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or honorable discharge from the military is preferred
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a competitive, fast-paced environment
• Experience with candidate-side tech recruiting or sourcing
• Ability to self-motivate and manage to a clear set of goals
