Job Description

Involved in all aspects of private equity investment processes, including deal sourcing, investment evaluation and execution, managing portfolio investments and development and execution of liquidity strategies.


  1. Deal sourcing: Research and identify potential investment opportunities by monitoring industry trends, networking, attending conferences, and evaluating companies that fit the firm's investment criteria.
  2. Due diligence: Conduct in-depth financial and operational analysis of potential investment targets. This includes reviewing historical financial statements, analyzing market dynamics, assessing competitive positioning, and identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  3. Financial modeling and valuation: Build financial models to evaluate the financial performance and potential returns of investment opportunities. Perform valuation analysis using various methodologies to determine the appropriate price to pay for an investment.
  4. Investment execution: Collaborate with team members in structuring and negotiating investment transactions. Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for internal investment committees and external stakeholders.
  5. Portfolio management: Provide ongoing support to portfolio companies by monitoring their performance, analyzing financial and operational metrics, identifying value creation opportunities, and assisting with strategic decision-making.
  6. Exit planning: Contribute to the development and execution of exit strategies for portfolio companies, which may include initial public offerings (IPOs), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), or secondary sales.
  7. Industry research and analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and macroeconomic factors that may impact investment decisions. Conduct research and analysis to support investment theses and provide insights to the investment team.
  8. Team collaboration: Work closely with other members of the investment team, including Partners, and Analysts, to evaluate investment opportunities, share insights, and support the overall investment process.
