As the Vice President, you will play a critical role in driving their continued growth and success. They are seeking a seasoned executive to join our dynamic team in either San Diego or Dallas, where you will have the opportunity to lead and shape their strategic direction, manage key relationships, and oversee the operational aspects of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the executive team to drive operational excellence, including financial management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand our market presence and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the specialty mechanical contracting industry.
• Oversee project management processes, ensuring successful project delivery within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to ensure the achievement of business goals, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Nurture and strengthen relationships with key clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to drive business development and secure new projects.
• Lead and manage a team of talented professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements, and leverage that knowledge to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market trends and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
